About Marcus

I began my real estate career in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1999 and have since had the privilege of helping hundreds of families successfully buy and sell homes. Over the years, I’ve also coached and trained many high-producing Realtors, equipping them with proven systems and tools that create smooth, strategic, and successful transactions. My client-centric approach has allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, cooperating brokers, and trusted business partners - relationships built on trust, communication, and results.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with numerous customer service and production awards, including twice receiving the prestigious USAA Top Block Service Award for Military Moves. Supporting military families through important transitions has been one of the most meaningful aspects of my work and reflects my deep commitment to service at the highest level. 

Prior to real estate, I studied Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas - an experience that shaped my passion for teaching and mentorship. I later earned certification to teach real estate law and practices to brokers and agents and have held leadership licenses in multiple states, including currently holding my Arizona Broker’s license. I’ve been an active member of the National Association of Realtors since 1999.  After 15 years in Boise and Seattle, my wife and I relocated to Phoenix in early 2020 to be closer to family and return to the warmth of the Valley of the Sun - a place we had been visiting regularly since 2000. Now as empty nesters, we’re enjoying this chapter of life while fully embracing the energy and opportunity of the Phoenix market.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy long walks and relaxing drives with my wife in our orange convertible Mini Cooper (“Baby-Car”), golfing, pontoon rides on Desert Harbor Lake, exploring Valley trails, and cheering on local teams like the Arizona Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns, Mercury, and ASU Track & Field.  Real estate is about more than transactions - it’s about trust, strategy, and delivering a win-win outcome.
