About Jason
Hello! My name is Jason Rosenberg. I am in my mid 50’s and live in Gilbert with my girlfriend, Tamara, and beautiful daughter Grayce, who is 16 and wonderful son Dane who is 17. My oldest daughter Madison is 28 and is currently serving her country in the Air Force. I enjoy traveling, hockey, music, swimming, meeting new people, and of course, my family time. I am originally from New Jersey and attended Montclair State University, where I majored in finance and accounting. Upon graduation I joined Honeywell Aerospace. I traveled around the world as a Corporate Auditor, eventually landing in Phoenix where I rose to the level of Finance Director. During the last six years of my corporate career I worked for American Traffic Solutions, Medaire, and Johnson Controls as Finance Director of Planning and Analysis. In 2014, I decided to leave the corporate environment and follow my passion by making a career move into Real Estate. This was a natural progression for me as I have been involved in owning rental real estate properties for over 25 years. I currently own six rental properties in the east valley which I manage myself. Jumping into Real Estate has turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. I love helping people through the process of buying and selling homes. Through my years as a property owner I have developed a strong network of friends and contractors who are experts in financing, title preparation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, general contracting, etc. This enables me to keep the buy/sell process moving smoothly every step of the way and minimize the overall transaction cost. I pride myself on being able to offer a very high quality of service and a customized client approach.
